If I order a preorder item and something in stock will they be shipped separately?
No, your entire order will be shipped together when the preorder arrives. We recommend placing separate orders for if you require the in stock product earlier.
How are the gift boxes packaged?
In our either our Willow Dreamer Custom Box or our Luxe white magnetic closure gift boxes. Inside your goodies are wrapped in our stunning custom tissue paper creating a dreamy unboxing experience. Our gift boxes are carefully packed into a kraft postage box which is safe and secure for shipping.
Can you handwrite a card for me?
Absolutely! Simply add your message on check out and we will handwrite your personal message for you on our beautiful gift tags.
What if I don’t want a gift box? Can I just buy a single item?
Of course you can! All of our items are sold individually, simply click on the shop tab and browse our products and add to your cart.
What if I want a gift box but want to add extra to it?
Simple! Just add the gift box of choice to your cart and any individual items to your cart and pop a note in the checkout that you would like everything in the one box or simply "build your own"
Can I design my own gift box?
Yes! If you cannot find the right gift box, then we have you covered! Simply head to our "build your own" section on our website add a gift box to your cart and select any items from our that range and we will bundle it all up for you!
Can I send a number of gift hampers to multiple locations?
Unfortunately our checkout process only allows you to post to one location. If you would like to send a more than one gift basket to multiple locations, please complete the checkout process for each location and start a new order for a new address.
Can I send just one item in box?
Of course, there is no minimum or maximum number of gifts you can add to the gift box. However the box will look alot better when filled with more items.
How can I make sure no invoices or details of costs are received by the person I am sending the gift box?
We email invoices directly to the purchaser only and don’t include invoices with the delivery.
How long will my order take?
All orders are dispatched within 48 hours (Business days) or unless otherwise stated at the top of our website. All parcels are sent with Australia Post and sent to your nominated address.

We are a small business run from home in Beaudesert QLD, if you would like to come and collect your order, please send us an email firstname.lastname@example.org and we can arrange something or select local pickup at checkout.
