Shipping policy

Express Post is available for $16 per order, you can select this option on the shipping page at checkout.

We offer free local pick up for the Beaudesert QLD area. Just select the option at checkout and we will contact you with a suitable pickup time.

We only ship Monday to Friday, we do not ship on weekends or public holidays - all orders placed on a Friday afternoon, Saturday or Sunday will not head out until the following Monday. All (in stock) orders are shipped within 48 hours unless otherwise stated. 

We do try to get the products to you as soon as possible however we cannot be held responsible for delays with courier and Australia post delivery times, or delays caused by missed deliveries.

PRELOVED ITEMS

These are shipped from a different location so if you purchase a preloved item you will be charged a shipping fee  of $11. If you purchase a Willow Dreamer Item as well: you be charged two shipping fees due to the two different shipping locations.

PREORDER ITEMS

If you order a preorder item, your entire order will be shipped together when the preorder arrives. Please place seperate orders if you require in stock items before the preorder stock arrives.

We have unfortunately hit pause on shipping to the US due to the import tarrifs.

Standard shipping

Standard shipping is a $25.00 flat rate with a 8-13 business day delivery time frame.

A confirmation email with tracking details will be sent once the order has been dispatched.

CANADA (currently unavailable)

Please note: These time frames may take a little longer due to less flights leaving Australia, please only order at your own risk and by ordering you agree to these terms that the parcel make take longer than the indicated delivery frame.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS TAX

Due to the rules and regulations on parcel entry into some countries, customs and airport taxes may be added to your order upon delivery. Willow Dreamer is not responsible for any extra costs applied to parcels clearing customs. 

Please note once a parcel leaves our warehouse we are not responsible if a parcel is lost or stolen or tampered with. You will need to lodge an enquiry with the shipping provider.
