Returns

If you change your mind after purchasing an item or purchase the incorrect size you are able to return your item and we will issue you a store credit to the value of the purchase price. 

Return shipping is to paid by the customer unless items are faulty. Please email info@willowdreamer.com.au to begin the return process. To speed up the return process you can provide us with a tracking number for your return parcel. Return parcels are to be clearly labelled with your name and order number.

You must return the item within 14 days of delivery.

All Items must be in original, unused condition with all tags and packaging included, free from perfume and odours.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue you a store credit in the form of a gift card which will be emailed to the email you purchased with.

Non-returnable items:
Gift cards are non refundable.

For hygiene reasons, teethers, swimwear, dummies, headbands or beanies cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty. 

Sale items Unfortunately sale items CANNOT be returned or exchanged for change of mind or incorrect size. Sale items sales are final so please ensure you choose carefully.

Exchanges 
We no longer offer exchanges, instead we will issue you a store credit and you may place a new order for the replacement using this

Faulty Items

In the unlikely event that a product is faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item at info@willowdreamer.com.au

We will arrange for this item to be returned to us for assessment, and if deemed to be faulty or damaged we will offer you a refund, replacement or exchange. 

PLEASE NOTE - If you forget to use a code at checkout, we cannot amend the price and will not reimburse any costs after a sale has been finalised. All discount codes must be entered at the checkout.
